Manufacturing precision engeneered wide conversions since 1996, Custom Valley continues to lead the industry in innovative design and quality content. Since his beginnings as a custom builder in the mid ‘80’s, Denis Desrosiers recognized the early need for a geometrically sound conversion to satisfy the demands of riders wanting the fat tire look. Dissatisfied of what he saw offered, Desrosiers designed a solution that didn’t sacrifice handling for appearance, and the results are easy to see in his conversions that look like they came from the factory.
It’s true... He has created a bolt on kit for 1991 and newer Dyna® that would allow a 240mm rear tire to rest comfortably in the confines of a bone stock H. D. frame!
Naturally, it will take a little work, and the original frame/seat struts will have to be cut off as well as swapping in several new transmission parts but the finished product does not offset the motor, transmission and rear wheel. It can be done by any competent bike shop. Include swing arm, fender struts all necessary transmission parts, hardware and detailed instructions.
